A young couple who is extremely passionate about vintage style, Tânia and Rui turned that passion into a retro restaurant on Anjo Street.

As its name implies, the space is perfectly retro. Practically everything has a history and a story, taking us back to memories past, such as the lamp on the counter that came straight from an old post office, the blackboard from a primary school, the famous ceramic dog that all our grandparents have in their living rooms, and even the iconic bee that lived on Souto Street for decades, among many other things.

When you’re walking down the street and get a glimpse of its atmosphere, it is impossible not to peek through the green gate. Despite the door being closed, don’t be shy! Just knock and Tânia or Rui will quickly open the door with a smile on their face.

The food is simple and homey, just like the ambience. Here, we completely forget that we are in a restaurant, and it suddenly feels like we are at home with our friends. At lunch, there is a daily menu, with options for €5 and €7. For dinner, there are great appetizers and traditional dishes such as "huge steak" or cod with onion.
