If you love Japanese cuisine, namely sushi, in Largo de São João you'll find Nikko, a Japanese restaurant. “Nikko” is a city's name in Japan, but like the restaurant, it means small place.

This Japanese restaurant immediately enchants us with the warm and exquisite atmosphere it presents, in which the key piece are the chairs by Philippe Starck, one of the greatest designers of today.

But the food is what will overwhelm you. The dishes have an impeccable, colorful, appetizing presentation. The products are fresh and made in front of the customers, dinner at Nikko is like watching a live act in the kitchen.

This restaurant, which has been open for more than two years, offers various options and solutions for your meal. For lunch if offers the executive menu for 12 euros that includes entries, main course and coffee, and for a special night, it has the “No Limit Sushi” on Wednesdays.

As it is a small restaurant, Nikko has no smoking area, and for that same reason you should make a reservation, especially when concerning a large group. Nikko's closed on Sundays and Monday at lunch.
